The Program

The Arbitrum Mentorship Program is a 12-week mentorship for pre-seed and seed teams looking to launch, grow and scale on Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain.

Each cohort supports up to 15 teams and brings founders closer to the Arbitrum ecosystem through workshops, direct mentorship, strategic support and investor access.

The program covers the areas that matter most when moving from an early product to a scalable company: growth and fundraising, with other areas also covered, such as positioning, partnerships, product strategy, tokenomics, community, AI tooling and pitching.

How it works

The program is global and remote. Teams can enter by winning an Open House (opens in a new tab) or by applying directly during the application window.

Open House (opens in a new tab) winners are fast-tracked into the cohort.

All other teams apply through the open application process.

Who should apply

You should apply if:

You're an early-stage team building in DeFi, payments, stablecoins, consumer, infrastructure, AI, gaming or another onchain category.
You have a working prototype, testnet product or early mainnet deployment not just a deck (with the objective to deploy on Arbitrum and/or Robinhood mainnet within 6 months).
You have clear founder commitment and are ready to move quickly.
You're serious about building on or integrating with Arbitrum, even if you haven't deployed yet.
